摘要
针对神东矿区各矿井矿压监测数据来源分散、数据量庞大、利用不充分、矿压数据分析效率低下的问题,开发了神东矿区矿压大数据云平台,实现了神东公司综采工作面矿压监测大数据的智能化分析与预警。借助矿压大数据平台,对神东矿区现有8.0 m及以上超大采高综采工作面矿压规律进行了重点分析,对整个矿区现有综采工作面矿压规律进行了汇总与整体分析,矿压大数据分析结果为神东矿区浅埋深强矿压显现综采工作面顶板管理与支架合理选型起到指导作用。
Aiming at the problems of scattered sources,large amount,insufficient utilization and low analysis efficiency of mine pressure monitoring data in coal mines of Shendong mining area,the big data cloud platform of mine pressure in Shendong mining area was developed,and the intelligent analysis and early warning of big data of mine pressure monitoring in Shendong fully mechanized mining face were realized.With the help of the big data platform of mine pressure,the mine pressure laws of the existing fully mechanized working face with 8.0 meters high and above super-large mining height in Shendong mining area were analyzed,and the mine pressure laws of the existing fully mechanized mining face in the whole mining area were summarized and analyzed.The results of big data analysis of mine pressure played a guiding role in roof management and reasonable support selection of fully mechanized mining face with shallow buried depth and strong mine pressure behaviors in Shendong mining area.
