煤矿智能化综采工作面的控制理论与实践

摘要 智能开采是煤矿安全高效生产的重要手段,更是煤炭工业高质量发展的核心技术支撑,基于智能化综采工作面理论研究和现场实践,提出以智能化控制为中心、以人工智能为表征的智能化综采工作面控制理论,并采用相似模拟和数值模拟分析了采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机、液压泵站对智能化控制中心发生诱发机制,从远程控制的角度对智能化综采工作面进行现场实践。研究结果表明,人工智能的应用程度是智能化综采工作面实现的主要因素;受信息化向自动化过度阶段的影响,5G通讯和大数据引入的进步还有较大空间,也是实现智能化的必要条件;验证了智能化综采工作面的控制理论的有效性,从而提高煤矿现场安全管理水平和智能化进程对行业进步的激励作用。 Intelligent mining is an important means of safe and efficient production of coal mines,but also the core technical support of high-quality development of coal industry.Based upon the theory research and on-site practice of intelligent comprehensive mechanized working face,an intelligent comprehensive mining face control theory is provided which centering on intelligent control and characterizing by artificial intelligence,and similar simulation and numerical simulation are used to analyze the triggering mechanism of the intelligent control center by the coal mining machines,hydraulic supports,scraper conveyors,and hydraulic pump stations.The research results indicate that the degree of application of artificial intelligence is the main factor in achieving intelligent comprehensive mechanized mining face,affecting by the transition from informatization to automation,there is still a significant room for progress in the introduction of 5G communication and big data,which are necessary conditions for achieving intelligence.The effectiveness of the control theory for intelligent comprehensive mechanized mining faces has been verified,thereby improving the safety management level of coal mine sites and the incentive effect of intelligent processes on industry progress.
