锦界煤矿智能化疏排水技术研究

摘要 针对国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司锦界煤矿极复杂水文地质条件,从井下中转水仓为切入点,根据不同场景采用压力启停水泵技术、液位实时监测及控制水泵技术、中转水仓及主排水泵房自动关联排水技术,建立井下中转水仓智能化疏排水系统,并接入智能综合一体化管控平台,对排水设备运行状态和故障实时显示,并具备远程集中控制、数据自动采集、故障分析诊断及联动预警功能,提升了中转水仓智能化水平。 In response to the extremely complex hydrogeological conditions of Jinjie Coal Mine of Guoneng Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,starting from the underground transfer water tank,according to using pressure start stop water pump technology,real-time liquid level monitoring and control water pump technology,and automatic associated drainage technology between transfer water tank and main drainage pump room in different scenarios,intelligent drainage system for underground transfer water tank was established.It is connected to the intelligent integrated control platform,which displays the real-time operation status and faults of drainage equipment,and has remote centralized control,automatic data collection,fault analysis and diagnosis,and linkage warning functions to improve the intelligence level of the transfer water tank.
