摘要
分析了智能化采煤机电控系统的组成、功能、应用等现状,详细阐述了智能化程度提升、远程控制与无人化开采、大数据分析与决策支持、新能源与清洁能源的应用等智能化采煤机电控系统的发展方向。通过在煤矿实际应用表明,智能化采煤机电控系统降低了工人的劳动强度,显著提高了采煤效率和安全性能。
The current status of the composition,functions,and applications of electrical control systems of intelligent coal shearer was analyzed,the development directions of electrical control systems of intelligent coal shearer were expounded in detail,including the improvement of intelligence level,remote control and unmanned mining,big data analysis and decision-making support,and the application of new energy and clean energy.Through practical application in coal mines,it has been shown that the electric control system of intelligent coal shearer reduces the labor intensity of workers,significantly improves coal mining efficiency and safety performance.
