大采高工作面缩面期间冒顶机理及防治措施研究

摘要 针对大柳塔煤矿52606综采工作面回采期间面临的上覆集中煤柱以及相邻工作面沿空留巷等问题,对工作面缩面期间顶板的冒顶机理及矿压分布规律进行了分析。通过数值模拟的方法,模拟了工作面缩面位置上覆煤柱以及相邻采空区对本工作面应力分布的影响。根据分析与模拟结果制定了补强支护以及水力压裂弱化顶板的防治措施,有效保障了52606综采工作面的缩面以及回撤,实现了工作面的安全高效开采。 Aiming at the problems of overlying concentrated coal pillars and gob-side entry retaining of adjacent working faces during the mining of 52606 fully mechanized working face in Daliuta Coal Mine,the roof caving mechanism and the distribution law of mine pressure during the shrinking period of working face were analyzed.The influence of overlying coal pillars and adjacent goafs on the stress distribution of the working face was simulated through numerical simulation.Based on the analysis and simulation results,preventive measures for strengthening support and roof weakening through hydraulic fracturing were formulated,effectively ensuring the shrinkage and retreat of the 52606 fully mechanized working face,and achieving safe and efficient mining.
