摘要
针对石圪台矿22^(上)1041综采工作面过上覆12102辅运巷道煤柱时出现的顶板控制难题,结合上覆煤柱对下工作面动压灾害机理的详细分析,提出了“采前弱化治理+采中全过程控制”的全生命周期治理措施,并应用于生产中。根据现场采集的矿压数据可知,采用该治理措施可有效控制避免强矿压显现出现和缩短来压步距,进而避免工作面出现顶板安全事故与相关次生灾害。
Aiming at the difficult problem of roof control when the 22-upper-1041 fully mechanized mining face passes through the overlying 12102 auxiliary transportation roadway pillar in Shigetai Coal Mine,the mechanism of the dynamic pressure disaster of the lower working face by the upper coal pillar was analyzed in detail,the full life cycle control measures of"roof weakening before mining and whole-process control during mining"were proposed and applied in production.According to the rock pressure data collected on the site,the control measures could effectively control and avoid the occurrence of strong mine pressure and shorten the roof weighting step,thus avoiding roof safety accidents and related secondary disasters in the working face.
