多水平多风井矿井通风系统调整优化研究

摘要 针对目标矿井新水平开拓延伸和新采区准备回采而可能面临着的通风系统更加复杂、通风线路更长、通风系统阻力更大等问题,计划投用矿井新建2号回风立井担负新采区的通风任务,通过计算和网络解算得到了主要通风机的风量、风压、等积孔以及工况下的通风参数,并结合主要通风机个体特性曲线确定选择FBCDZ№.36/2×800型号的主要通风机。通过综合对比分析方案一和方案二优缺点,确定了方案二的“4进2回”的通风方式调整优化方案,结果表明:矿井主要通风机风量富余、分配合理,通风负压减小,最大通风阻力路线长度明显降低,通风系统调整实施效果较好。 In response to the potential problems of more complex ventilation systems,longer ventilation lines,and greater resistance in the ventilation system may face for the target mine's development extension in new level and new mining area preparation of recovery,it is planned to use new NO.2 return air shaft in the coal mine to undertake the ventilation task of the new mining area.Through calculation and network analysis,the air volume,air pressure,and equal area holes of the main ventilation fan and ventilation parameters under working conditions are obtained,and combining with the individual characteristic curves of the main ventilation fan,the FBCDZ№.36/2×800 model is selected as the main ventilation fan.By comprehensively comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of plan 1 and plan 2,the optimization plan for adjusting the ventilation mode of"4 in 2 loops"in Plan 2 is determined.The results show that the main ventilation fans in the coal mine had surplus air volume,reasonable distribution,reduced ventilation negative pressure,significantly reduced the length of the maximum ventilation resistance route,and the great implementation effect of ventilation system adjustment.
