锦界煤矿31117沿空留巷综采工作面末采技术研究

摘要 以锦界煤矿31117沿空留巷综采工作面末采为实际背景,分析了沿空留巷工作面地质条件,确定回撤通道、辅巷及联巷的支护方案。采用防灭火预测、束管监测、工作面及地表堵漏以及矿压分析等手段,制定末采期间的安全技术措施。同时进行末采贯通方案的制定,通过停机确定、挂网工艺、走绳及贯通割煤等实际手段来确保沿空留巷综采工作面末采期间的安全。 Taking the final mining of the 31117 gob-side entry retaining comprehensive mining face in Jinjie Coal Mine as the actual background,the geological conditions of the goaf retaining roadway working face are analyzed,and the support schemes for the retreat channel,auxiliary roadway,and connecting roadway are determined.Through methods like fire prevention and extinguishing prediction,pipe monitoring,working face and surface leak prevention,and mining pressure analysis,safety technical measures for the final mining period are formulated.At the same time,the development of the final mining breakthrough plan is carried out to ensure the safety of the comprehensive mining face during the final mining period by practical means such as shutdown determination,hanging net technology,rope walking,and breakthrough coal cutting along the goaf.
