摘要
454 m超长综采工作面过下部空巷时,液压支架底座经过巷道正上方时可能造成下部空巷垮塌,造成工作面人员和设备安全隐患。本文介绍了454 m超长综采工作面过下部空巷的割煤工艺、工作面调斜设计和下部空巷的支护技术。研究结果表明,454 m超长综采工作面采用该技术通过下部空巷时,既没有造成下部空巷垮塌造成的工作面人员和设备陷入垮落区事故,也没有造成工作面刮板输送机窜动。
When the 454 meters ultra long comprehensive mining face passes through the lower roadway,the base of hydraulic support passing directly above the roadway may cause the lower roadway to collapse,and pose a safety hazard to personnel and equipment on the working face.This article introduces the coal cutting process,working face inclination design,and support technology for the lower roadway in the 454 meters ultra long comprehensive mining face.The research results indicate that when using this technology to pass through the lower roadway of the 454 meters ultra long comprehensive mining face,there are no accidents caused by the collapse of the lower roadway,resulting in personnel and equipment falling into the collapse zone,nor any movement of the scraper conveyor on the working face.
