摘要
变频技术是有效的节能技术之一,将该技术与煤矿机电设备融合,能够达到科学用能和节能降耗的目标。在研究变频节能技术原理的基础上,详细分析了变频节能技术在采煤机技术、起重机械技术、空气压缩机技术、排水泵、带式输送机等煤矿机电设备中的应用。在产业发展过程中,煤矿生产涉及多种设备,各种机电设备运行造成的电能损耗,亟待采取有效的节能措施。通过制定科学的维护方案,根据设备型号和数据,定期对设备进行运维,保证设备投入成本不浪费。立足于资源消耗的前提基础,为变频节能技术应用提供更大应用空间。
Frequency conversion technology is one of the effective energy saving technologies,integrating the technology with coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment can achieve the goals of scientific energy usage and energy saving and consumption reduction.On the basis of studying the frequency conversion and energy saving technology,application of frequency conversion energy-saving technology in coal mine electromechanical equipment such as coal mining machine technology,lifting machinery technology,air compressor technology,drainage pumps,and belt conveyors were analyzed in detail.In the process of industrial development,the coal mine production involves a variety of equipment,and the power consumption caused by the operation of various electromechanical equipment needs to be urgently taken effective energy saving measures.By designing scientific maintenance plans,according to the equipment model and data,the equipment is regularly operated and maintained to ensure that the cost of equipment input cannot be wasted.Based upon the premise of resource consumption,the greater application space for the application of variable frequency energy-saving technology was provided.
