摘要
随着现代化煤矿朝着大规模开采的方向发展,采煤工作面更加分散,距离也越来越长,对安全监控系统数据远距离传输提出了更高的要求。介绍了布尔台煤矿安全监控系统现状及存在的问题,分析了传感器的功率、工作电压、工作电流、线路损耗等技术参数,详细阐述了传感器远距离传输安设方法。通过计算、测试以及实际应用表明,该方法能够满足布尔台煤矿安全监控系统要求。
With the continuous development of modern coal mine in the direction of large-scale mining,the coal mining faces are more dispersed and the distance of working face is longer,which puts forward higher requirements for data long-distance transmission of safety monitoring system.The current situation and existing problems of the safety monitoring system in Buertai Coal Mine was introduced,the technical parameters of sensors such as power,working voltage,working current,and line loss were analyzed,and the installation method for data long-distance transmission sensors was expounded in detail.Through calculation,testing,and practical application,it had been shown that this method could meet the requirements of the safety monitoring system for the Buertai Coal Mine.
