摘要
国际石油贸易本质上是信用交易,主要表现形式为交易对手信用、担保方信用和银行信用等。国际石油贸易公司具有跨国经营环境复杂、合同金额巨大以及交易对手数量多、分布广、资质不一的特点,使其面临严峻的信用风险管理考验。一旦发生信用风险事件,将对公司造成重大经济损失和负面影响。因此,信用风险管理能力是保障国际石油贸易公司高质量可持续发展的核心竞争力。基于当前国际化经营环境,分析评估信用风险的成因和表现形式,提出有效防范化解风险的应对措施,力求从工作导向上破题解局、从方法手段上探索创新、从信息技术上加快变革,为石油贸易公司从国内经营走向跨国经营提供实践借鉴。
International oil trading is essentially a credit transaction,mainly manifested in counterparty credit,guarantor credit,and bank credit.International oil trading companies are characterized by a complex cross-border operating environment,huge contract amounts,a large number of counterparties with varying qualifications and widespread distribution,making them face severe credit risk management challenges.Once a credit risk event occurs,it will cause significant economic losses and negative impacts.Therefore,credit risk management capability is the core competitiveness that ensures the high-quality and sustainable development of international oil trading companies.Based on the current international business environment,this article analyzes and evaluates the causes and manifestations of credit risk,proposes effective measures to prevent and resolve risks,and strives to solve problems from the perspective of work guidance,explore innovation in methods and means,and accelerate changes in information technology,providing rich practical experience for oil trading companies to transition from domestic to international business.
