摘要
辽宁省某园区污水采用重力流排水方式,该方式的投资和运行成本较低,但由于土地沉降等原因,部分管道损坏,不利于环境保护,且由于个别企业偷排偷放、超标排放,造成污水处理厂生化治理系统瘫痪,长期不能稳定达标运行,出水水质不达标。为加强环境监管、厘清企业责任,在污水地下管网改地上的基础上提出了“一企一管”及中间监测站管理模式。对该模式进行了探索与实践分析,结果表明,该模式强化了企业治污主体责任,提高了污水处理厂运行效率,提升了园区内部管理水平,为化工园区污水管网改造设计提供借鉴和参考。
In a park in Liaoning province,gravity flow is used to drain sewage.The investment and operation cost of this method is low,but due to land settlement and other reasons,some pipelines are damaged,which is not conducive to environmental protection.Moreover,due to some enterprises'illegal discharge and excessive discharge,the biochemical treatment system of the sewage treatment plant is disabled,and the operation cannot be stable for a long time,and the effluent quality is not up to the standard.In order to strengthen environmental supervision and clarify corporate responsibility,the management model of"one enterprise and one pipe"and intermediate monitoring station was proposed on the basis of the underground sewage pipe network transformation to the ground.This model was explored and analyzed in practice.The results show that this model strengthens the main responsibility of pollution control of enterprises,improves the operation efficiency of sewage treatment plants,and improves the internal management level of the park.The paper provides reference for the transformation design of sewage pipe network in chemical industry parks.
