摘要
“一带一路”倡议为我国与沿线国家的经济合作提供了新机遇,云南省作为连接中国与东南亚的桥梁,其战略地位日益凸显。中老铁路作为泛亚铁路中线的关键部分,不仅是中国与老挝的战略对接项目,还是推动区域经济高质量发展的重要通道。本文构建了中老铁路社会经济效应的综合评价体系,并采用熵值TOPSIS分析方法,对中老铁路开通后全省16个州市分区域进行社会经济效应实证检验,旨在通过中老铁路社会经济效应区域的差异性探讨,为云南省在“一带一路”倡议下的区域经济发展提供实践指导和决策参考。
The“Belt and Road”initiative provides new opportunities for economic cooperation between China and countries along the route,and the strategic position of Yunnan Province as a bridge connecting China and Southeast Asia is becoming increasingly prominent.As a key part of the Trans-Asian Railway,the China-Laos Railway is not only a strategic docking project between China and Laos,but also an important channel to promote the high-quality development of the regional economy.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of the socio-economic eff ects of the China-Laos Railway,and adopts the entropy value TOPSIS analysis method to empirically test the socio-economic eff ects of the 16 cities and towns in the province after the opening of the China-Laos Railway.The purpose of this study is to explore the regional diff erences in the socio-economic eff ects of the China-Laos Railway and provide practical guidance and decision-making reference for the regional economic development of Yunnan Province under the“Belt and Road”initiative.
