中国港口高质量发展的策略研究——以太仓港为例

Research on Strategies for High-Quality Development of Chinese Ports——A Case Study of Taicang Port

港口在全球经济一体化进程中扮演着重要角色,经过近30年的快速发展,中国港口行业目前正处于快速发展和转型升级的关键时期。首先,本文以太仓港的发展为例,分析了太仓港的港口现状和运营现状,太仓港依江临海,地理位置优越,区位优势明显,港口发展潜力巨大;其次,本文分析了太仓港高质量发展的意义,太仓港高质量发展的优势及坚持的原则;最后,本文从提升太仓港的枢纽支撑能力和临港产业带动能力两个角度,提出了推动太仓港高质量发展的策略建议:加快发展港口新质生产力,提升港口枢纽能级;大力发展临港经济,持续丰富港城功能,从而推动太仓港迈向更高质量发展。

Ports play an important role in the process of global economic integration,after nearly 30 years of rapid development,China's port industry is now in a critical period of rapid development and transformation and upgrading.Firstly,this paper takes the development of Taicang port as an example,analyzes the port status quo and operation status quo of Taicang port,which is based on the river and the sea,with superior geographic location,obvious location advantages,and great potential for port development;secondly,this paper analyzes the significance of Taicang port's highquality development,the advantages of Taicang port's high-quality development,and the principles it adheres to;lastly,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Taicang port,from the perspective of enhancing Taicang port's hub-supporting capacity and port-adjacent industry-driven capacity.Finally,from the perspective of enhancing the hub support capacity of Taicang Port and the driving capacity of port industry,this paper puts forward the strategic suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Taicang Port:accelerating the development of the port's new productivity and enhancing the port's hub capacity;vigorously developing the port economy and continuously enriching the functions of the port city,so as to promote the Taicang Port to move towards a higher quality development.
