数字化时代供应链智慧物流与库存管理研究

Research on Intelligent Logistics and Inventory Management of Supply Chain in Digital Era

本文基于数字化时代供应链物流与库存管理的变革背景,分析了传统模式的局限性,并据此提出基于供应链管理的智慧物流与库存管理的重要性和必要性。随着“互联网+”、区块链等技术的发展,企业竞相构建智慧供应链生态系统,提升供应链效率与响应速度。但当前仍然面临诸多挑战,如管理层重视不足、制度流程不完善、缺乏规范的供应商信用评估流程等。据此,本文提出构建信息化、智能化、精细化的智慧物流与库存管理体系,强化数据整合与分析能力,设立基于大数据技术的供应链共享仓储等解决方案,以供参考。

This study,based on the transformative context of supply chain logistics and inventory management in the digital era,analyzes the limitations of traditional models and emphasizes the importance and necessity of smart logistics and inventory management under supply chain management.With the development of technologies such as"Internet Plus"and blockchain,enterprises are striving to build smart supply chain ecosystems to enhance effi ciency and responsiveness.However,significant challenges remain,including insufficient attention from management,incomplete systems and processes,and the lack of standardized supplier credit evaluation procedures.In response,this paper proposes constructing an information-driven,intelligent,and refined smart logistics and inventory management system,strengthening data integration and analysis capabilities,and establishing supply chain shared warehousing based on big data technology,off ering solutions for reference.
