双循环视角下高管海外背景与企业创新投资行为研究

A Study of Executives'Overseas Background and Corporate Innovation Investment Behavior under the Double Cycle Perspective

“一带一路”倡议提出以来,企业出海已成为推动我国企业转型升级的关键路径。依据高阶理论,高管海外背景已成为影响企业决策的重要变量,此变量已经被广泛应用到企业决策治理的研究范畴中。本文从国内国际双循环的新发展格局视角出发,梳理目前现有文献,深入剖析高管海外背景对企业出海创新投资行为的影响,旨在为企业出海及创新投资行为提供坚实的理论支持,并展望未来的潜在研究方向,具有一定的理论价值和实践指导意义。

Since China proposed the“Belt and Road Initiative,”overseas expansion has become a key path for Chinese enterprises to drive transformation and upgrading.According to Upper Echelons Theory,executives’overseas backgrounds have become an important variable infl uencing corporate decision-making.This variable has been widely applied in research on corporate governance and decision-making.Starting from the perspective of the new development pattern of domestic and international double cycle,this paper combs through the current existing literature and deeply analyzes the infl uence of executives'overseas backgrounds on enterprises'overseas innovation and investment behaviors,aiming at providing solid theoretical support for enterprises'overseas and innovation investment behaviors and looking forward to the future potential research direction,which has certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance.
