摘要
智能制造技术的飞速进步,为中职教育领域带来了前所未有的挑战与契机。在此背景下,机械制造专业的核心课程——《数控车削零件加工》亟须进行教学模式的创新,以匹配新兴制造技术和瞬息万变的市场需求。也就是说,必须对《数控车削零件加工》课程进行改革,以适应智能制造时代的要求。本文探讨了在智能制造背景下,中职《数控车削零件加工》课程改革的必要性,提出了课程改革的策略,并结合实践案例,分析了改革实施的效果。
The rapid progress of intelligent manufacturing technology has brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the field of secondary vocational education.In this context,the core course of mechanical manufacturing-"CNC Turning Parts Processing"-urgently needs to be innovated in the teaching mode to match the emerging manufacturing technology and the ever-changing market demand.That is to say,the“CNC Turning Parts Processing”course must be reformed to meet the requirements of the era of intelligent manufacturing.This paper discusses the necessity of the curriculum reform of“CNC Turning Parts Processing”in the context of intelligent manufacturing,puts forward the strategy of curriculum reform,and analyzes the effect of the reform implementation in combination with practical cases.
