基于产教融合,校企合作的职业院校汽车维修专业“三教”改革实践路径探索

摘要 随着汽车工业的快速发展和新能源汽车技术的不断进步,汽车维修行业对高技能人才的需求日益迫切。而当前职业院校汽车维修专业教育在“三教”方面仍存在诸多问题,教师实践经验不足、教材内容滞后、教学方法单一等问题屡见不鲜,严重制约人才培养质量和效率。因此,基于产教融合、校企合作的“三教”改革成为提升职业院校汽车维修专业教育水平的关键。基于此,本文分析当前汽车维修专业教育存在的问题与挑战,结合产教融合、校企合作的优势,提出具体的改革措施,以期提升汽车维修专业的教学质量,培养出更多符合市场需求的高素质技能型人才。 With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the continuous progress of new energy vehicle technology,the demand for high-skilled talents in the automobile maintenance industry is becoming more and more urgent.At present,there are still many problems in the"three educations"of automobile maintenance professional education in vocational colleges,and problems such as insufficient practical experience of teachers,lagging content of teaching materials,and single teaching methods are not uncommon,which seriously restricts the quality and efficiency of talent training.Therefore,the reform of"three educations"based on the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation has become the key to improving the level of automobile maintenance professional education in vocational colleges.Based on this,this paper analyzes the existing problems and challenges of automobile maintenance education,combines the advantages of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and proposes specific reform measures,in order to improve the teaching quality of automobile maintenance and cultivate more high-quality skilled talents in line with market demand.
