黑白钨混合矿选矿新工艺试验研究

摘要 钨作为一种单质、银白色有光泽的金属元素,其硬度较高,熔点较高,化学性质较为稳定,具有广泛的用途,主要用于制造灯丝与高速切削合金钢、超硬模具等。我国是世界上最大的钨储藏国,总储量丰富,其中有很大一部分以黑白钨混合矿存在,为了提升选矿效率与质量,需要选矿新工艺进行研究。本文以江西下垄钨业有限公司的选矿新工艺为例,对其试验流程以及效果进行分析,得到了详细且可靠的结果,以期能够对钨矿产业发展有所帮助。 Tungsten,as a pure,silver white and glossy metallic element,has high hardness,melting point,stable chemical properties,and a wide range of applications.It is mainly used in the manufacturing of filaments,high-speed cutting alloy steel,superhard molds,and so on.China is the world's largest tungsten storage country with abundant total reserves,of which a large portion exist as black and white tungsten mixed ores.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of mineral processing,new mineral processing technologies need to be studied.This article takes the new beneficiation process of Jiangxi Xialong Tungsten Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,analyzes its experimental process and effectiveness,and obtains detailed and reliable results,hoping to be helpful for the development of the tungsten industry.
