摘要
镁由于其独特的金属性质,成为二十世纪最受欢迎的轻金属材料,围绕其延伸的镁合金材料在汽车零部件、电子工具、军事领域等广泛应用,作为储氢材料也是备受现代前沿科技的青睐。随着多极槽技术的快速发展,多极镁电解槽相比无隔板镁电解槽又有较大提升。其采用的原料是熔融的无水氯化镁,具有直流电耗低、自动化控制水平高,产品质量高,氯气洁净度和浓度高且稳定的优势。通过设计氯化镁熔融净化配套设施,在熔融氯化炉内进行氯化镁的熔融,同时加入氯气和碳质还原剂进行化学反应,减少氯化镁熔体内杂质含量,能有效提升氯化镁的纯净度,解决青海盐湖镁业有限公司金属镁一体化项目氯平衡问题,提升金属镁一体化项目生产负荷。
Magnesium,due to its unique metallic properties,has become the most popular light metal material in the 20th century.Magnesium alloy materials extending around it are widely used in automotive parts,electronic tools,military fields,and other fields.As a hydrogen storage material,it is also highly favored by modern cutting-edge technology.With the rapid development of multipole cell technology,multipole magnesium electrolysis cells have made significant improvements compared to non partitioned magnesium electrolysis cells.The raw material used is molten anhydrous magnesium chloride,which has the advantages of low DC power consumption,high automation control level,high product quality,high and stable chlorine cleanliness and concentration.By designing supporting facilities for the melting and purification of magnesium chloride,the melting of magnesium chloride is carried out in a melting chlorination furnace,and chlorine gas and carbonaceous reducing agent are added for chemical reaction,reducing the impurity content in the magnesium chloride melt and effectively improving the purity of magnesium chloride.This solves the chlorine balance problem of Qinghai Salt Lake Magnesium Industry Co.,Ltd.'s integrated metal magnesium project and increases the production load of the integrated metal magnesium project.
