本文根据熔炼厂侧吹锅炉循环泵发生泄漏故障的特征及解体检查状况,从循环泵的实际工况、锅炉水质、机械密封的质量及轴承箱整体结构进行排查,对锅炉循环泵发生泄漏故障的原因进行全面分析和总结,并就相应故障来源针对性提出了防止泄漏的处理措施及解决办法。

According to the characteristics and disassembly inspection of leakage failure of circulating pump of side-blown boiler in smelting plant,this paper investigates the actual working condition of circulating pump,boiler water quality,quality of mechanical seal and overall structure of bearing box,makes a comprehensive analysis and summary of the causes of leakage failure of boiler circulating pump,and puts forward relevant measures and solutions to prevent leakage.
