Zinc aluminum alloy ingot casting equipment is a kind of equipment to melt zinc and aluminum and cast ingots.Its main function is to heat and melt cathode zinc sheet and aluminum element into molten alloy liquid in the melting equipment,then cast them into the mold,and then the alloy liquid cools to form qualified finished ingots.Its main production processes include feeding,melting,alloying,casting,cooling,demoulding,weighing and marking.With the continuous downturn in the price of zinc ingots,as well as the high additional output value and demand for zinc aluminum alloys,zinc aluminum alloy ingots will replace zinc ingots as the most important finished products of zinc smelting enterprises in the future.In this paper,the application of zinc aluminum alloy ingots,the manufacturing process and the status quo of domestic zinc aluminum alloy ingot casting equipment are briefly described.At the same time,the development status and automation process of automatic equipment for zinc aluminum alloy ingots at home and abroad are systematically introduced,and the linear automatic ingot casting equipment and disk automatic ingot casting equipment,which are two kinds of equipment with higher automation level,are emphatically introduced.
