摘要
本文以组织认同概念为例,讨论了分析性概念如何助力高等教育研究及其他领域的理论发展。分析性概念可能在不同的理论观点以及更复杂的微观和宏观导向的组织理论之间架起一座桥梁,可以由此提升比较理论研究,并进一步阐明研究高等教育变革和连续性时涉及的复杂性。
This paper discusses how analytical concepts can benefit theoretical developments in higher education studies and beyond.Analytical concepts-applying the concept of organizational identity as a case-may provide a bridge between different theoretical perspectives and between more elaborated micro and macro organizational oriented theories.Hence,analytical concepts can in this way enhance theoretically comparative studies and shed more light on the complexities involved when studying both change and continuity in higher education.
