水泥掺量和石膏类型对磷石膏矿渣胶凝材料的影响

摘要 本研究利用固废磷石膏、矿渣以及少量水泥制备磷石膏矿渣胶凝材料,并研究水泥用量和磷石膏物相对磷石膏矿渣胶凝材料的凝结时间、流变性、抗折强度、抗压强度以及水化产物的影响。结果表明,适当的水泥用量对磷石膏矿渣胶凝材料抗折、抗压强度有明显的促进作用。此外,该作用会受到磷石膏类型的影响。当4%的水泥与半水石膏结合使用时,抗压强度最高可达34.8MPa。微观物相分析结果显示,随着水泥用量增加,钙矾石含量增加,因此磷石膏矿渣胶凝材料的性能提升。 In this study,solid waste phosphogypsum,slag and a small amount of cement were used to prepare phosphogypsum slag cementitious materials,and the effects of cement dosage and phosphogypsum mineral composition on the setting time,rheology,flexural strength,compressive strength,and hydra‐tion products of phosphogypsum slag cementitious materials were investigated.The results show that ap‐propriate cement dosage has an obvious promotion effect on the flexural and compressive strength of phosphogypsum slag cementitious materials.In addition,the effect is affected by the type of phospho‐gypsum.When 4%cement was used in combination with hemihydrate gypsum,the compressive strength can reach up to 34.8 MPa.The results of microphysical analysis show that the content of calcium alumina increases with the increase in the dosage of cement.Therefore,the performance of phosphogypsum slag cementitious materials is enhanced.
