工业废渣制备复合水泥的实验研究

摘要 采用正交实验法,研究了炉渣:粉煤灰:矿渣的比例、柠檬酸渣、生石灰各因素的不同掺量对复合水泥性能的影响,得到了最佳实验配比。并借助XRD、SEM对该复合水泥的水化产物、微观形貌进行分析,并探讨复合水泥的水化机理。实验结果表明:较佳的配合比是柠檬酸渣4%、生石灰2%、矿渣:粉煤灰:炉渣比例为3:1:1。且在合适的配比条件下,使用50%熟料的复合水泥其性能可以达到复合水泥国家标准的42.5强度等级要求。 The effects of the ratio of slag:fly ash:slag,citric acid slag and quicklime on the properties of composite cement were studied by orthogonal experiment method,and the optimal experimen‐tal ratio was obtained.The hydration products and morphology of the composite cement were analyzed by XRD and SEM,and the hydration mechanism of the composite cement was discussed.The experimental re‐sults show that the better proportion is 4%of citrate slag,2%of quicklime,and the ratio of slag,fly ash and slag is 3:1:1.The properties of the composite cement with 50%clinker can reach the 42.5 strength grade required by the national standard of composite cement under the appropriate ratio condi‐tions.
