摘要
电气间隙与爬电距离是电气产品的基本参数,对产品的安全性设计起到至关重要的作用。选择不同的电气间隙与爬电距离相关的测量方法以及相关标准,在检测中可能存在不同的检测结果。在实际应用中,只有准确选择电气间隙与爬电距离的路径,使用恰当的测量工具,才能得出正确的检测结果。本文通过对比不同的电气间隙与爬电距离相关的测量方法以及相关标准,从基本概念、测量路径选择原则、测量路径选择示例等方面浅谈电气间隙与爬电距离的测量,对于相关技术人员加深对电气间隙与爬电距离的测量的理解具有一定的指导意义。
Creepage distance and electric clearance are basic parameters of electric products,which play a crucial role in the safety considerations for product design.There may be different results by choosing different measuring methods and relevant standards to test electric clearance and creepage distance.In practical use,only by accurately selecting the path of the electrical clearance and creepage distance and choosing appropriate tool,the right results can be obtained.Comparing different measuring methods and relevant standards,this paper discusses on the measurement of electrical clearance and creepage distance from basic concept,rules of path selection and examples of path selection,which has certain guiding significance for relevant technicians to deeper understand electrical clearance and creepage distance test in the future.
