摘要
为探究RUHPC+AC复合式路面在车轮静载下的应变规律,分别选取AC层不同层位、不同点位的纵向与竖向应变作为主要分析对象,进行车轮静载试验,并用ANSYS有限元软件建模进行验证分析。试验分析结果表明:在车轮静载作用下,同一竖向平面AC层顶的纵向应变大于AC层底的对应值;跨中加载得到的纵向拉应变及竖向压应变均大于1/4点位加载得到的对应值;ANSYS软件分析得到的各力学指标及变化规律与试验数据对应值一致,并且两者差值率基本上在30%以内,为RUHPC+AC复合式路面的设计和力学分析提供参考。
In order to investigate the strain law of RUHPC+AC composite pavement under static wheel loading,the longitudinal and vertical strains of different layers of AC layer and different points were selected as the main objects of analysis,and the static wheel loading test was carried out,and the verification analysis was carried out by using ANSYS finite element software modelling.The test results show that:under the static wheel load,the longitudinal strain at the top of the AC layer in the same vertical plane is larger than the corresponding value at the bottom of the AC layer;the longitudinal tensile strain and vertical compressive strain obtained by loading in the span is larger than the corresponding value obtained by loading at 1/4 point;The mechanical indexes and the change rule obtained by the analysis of ANSYS software is in line with the corresponding value of the test data and the difference between the two rates is basically within 30%,for the RUHPC+AC composite pavement design and mechanical analysis to provide reference.
