摘要
在城市市政给排水管道建设工程中,非开挖顶管施工相较于传统明挖施工,具有对地面交通影响小、施工速度快、安全可靠,且对周边环境影响作用小等诸多优势,因此得到了广泛应用。本文结合某市政污水管道顶管施工的工程实例,分析了顶管施工过程中的重难点,给出了针对性的应对处理措施,此外还从顶管机选型、顶力计算、后靠墙的稳定计算、顶管材料验算、主顶千斤顶的顶力计算等方面进行了的详细分析阐述,为本工程顺利顶通提供了坚实的理论基础,可为类似顶管工程施工提供参考借鉴。
In urban municipal water supply and drainage pipeline construction projects,non excavation pipe jacking construction has many advantages compared to traditional open excavation construction,such as less impact on ground traffic,faster construction speed,safety and reliability,and less impact on the surrounding environment.Therefore,it has been widely used.This article combines an engineering example of a municipal sewage pipeline jacking construction to analyze the key and difficult points in the jacking construction process,and provides targeted response measures.In addition,detailed analysis and elaboration were carried out from the selection of jacking machines,jacking force calculation,stability calculation of the rear wall,jacking material verification,and jacking force calculation of the main jacking jack.This provides a solid theoretical basis for the smooth jacking of this project and can provide reference for similar jacking engineering construction.
