摘要
本文论述了浮法玻璃在线镀膜器输送车的各个主要部件的结构形式和关键技术要求,并利用三维软件建立电子样机,用有限元方法进行危险受力环节的安全系数模拟计算和设计改进,提高了装备研发效率,降低了研发成本,确保了TCO镀膜设备的安全性和可靠性。
This article discusses the structural forms and key technical requirements of the main components of the float glass online coating conveyor truck.An digital mock-up was established using 3D software,and the safety factor simulation calculation and design improvement of hazardous stress links were carried out using finite element method.It improves the efficiency of equipment research and development,reduces research and development costs,and ensures the safety and reliability of TCO coating equipment.
