摘要
云南省某三甲医院采用“AO(Anaerobic:缺氧段;Oxic:好氧段)—次氯酸钠消毒(NaClO)—Rotating Biological Disk(RBD:生物转盘)”工艺技术进行污水处理,实际处理规模为1247±170 m^(3)/d。本研究主要对工艺处理中的化学需氧量(COD)、悬浮物(SS)、阴离子表面活性剂、粪大肠杆菌及pH等指标进行了分析,结果表明出水水质符合《GB 18466—2005医疗机构水污染物排放标准》,满足排入市政管网排放要求。
Under the backdrop of normalized epidemic prevention and control measures,the treatment of hospital wastewater has garnered significant attention.This study employed the“AO-NaClO-RBD”and“anoxic-aerobic—NaClO—Rotating Biological Disk(AO—NaClO—RBD)”process technology to treat wastewater from a tertiary hospital in Yunnan,with an actual treatment capacity of 1247±170 m³/d.Key parameters such as chemical oxygen demand(COD),suspended solids(SS),anionic surfactants,fecal coliforms,and pH were analyzed.The results demonstrated that the treated effluent met the pretreatment standards outlined in the“Discharge standard of water pollutants for medical organization”(GB 18466—2005),thereby satisfying the requirements for discharge into the municipal pipeline network.This research offered valuable technical insights for hospital wastewater treatment facilities in preparing for unforeseen epidemic situations.
