摘要
目的:探讨益生菌联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对肠道菌群分布的影响。方法:选取常熟市医学检验所临床微生物实验室收治的112例溃疡性结肠患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各56例。对照组以美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益生菌制剂治疗。评估两组临床疗效、炎性因子、肠道菌群分布、免疫功能、治疗安全性等。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌高于对照组,而大肠杆菌、沙门菌则低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组炎性因子Toll样受体4(TLR4)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫功能补体C3、补体C4、CD40细胞低于对照组,NK细胞高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益生菌联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,能够优化患者肠道菌群分布,抑制炎性反应,提升患者免疫功能,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of probiotics combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and the effect on the distribution of intestinal flora.Method 112 cases of ulcerative colitis patients admitted to our hospital were selected as research object,and divided into observation group and control group,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the observation group added probiotic preparation.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,intestinal flora distribution,immune function,and treatment safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,while E.coli and Salmonella were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),galectin-3(Galectin-3),and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function of complement C3,complement C4,CD40 cells in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and NK cells were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets are effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,which can optimise the distribution of intestinal flora in patients,inhibit inflammatory reactions,enhance the immune function of patients,and have a low incidence of adverse reactions.
