“平急两用”政策下的旅居建筑设计研究

Research on Design of Residential Buildings under the“Dual Use Policy of Peace and Emergency”

随着近年来国际公共卫生事件、各类自然灾害、战争风险等多种潜在威胁的日益增多,各大城市基础设施建设及防灾抗灾设施设置可能无法满足突发应急需求。因此建筑设计需要更多地考虑如何完成由单一思考平时功能到复合考虑“平急两用”设计及转换方式的升级优化。以“平急两用”建筑中具有代表性的旅居类建筑为例,分析政策指导下的规划设计、建筑设计,旨在提供结合“平急两用”从规划选址、建筑设计到各专业具体要求的整体设计思路。

With the increasing number of potential threats such as international public health events,various natural disasters,and war risks in recent years,the infrastructure construction and disaster prevention and relief facilities in major cities may not be able to meet possible emergency needs.Therefore,architectural design needs to consider more how to upgrade and optimize the design and conversion method from single consideration of daily functions to composite consideration of"dual-use of flat and express"design and conversion.This article takes the representative residential buildings in the"dual-use of flat and express"architecture as an example to analyze the planning and architectural design under policy guidance.Hope to provide a comprehensive design approach from planning and site selection,architectural design,to specific requirements of each profession under the requirement of"dual-use of flat and express".
