摘要
为应对RBC切换在新型列控系统与CTCS-3级列控系统间互联互通应用的技术挑战,深入研究2种列控系统RBC切换流程的差异。基于CTCS-3级列控系统RBC切换流程,结合新型列控系统特性,从行车许可计算方式、交互信息、车地通信协议等方面,区分2种列控系统RBC切换关键技术要求;从列车信息处理策略、列车防护、通信故障处理、边界后首区间检查、后备监控模式列车管理等关键环节,分析2种列控系统RBC切换差异。可为工程应用中RBC切换场景的问题分析、工程设计提供支撑,也为未来铁路线路升级与跨系统运营提供理论依据和技术支持。
To address the technical challenges associated with the application interoperability of RBC handover process between the new-type train control system and the CTCS-3 level train control system,an in-depth research has been conducted on the differences of RBC handover process between the two train control systems.According to the RBC handover process for CTCS-3 level train control system and the characteristics of the new-type train control system,the key technical requirements for RBC handover between the two train control systems are distinguished from the aspects of the calculation method of movement authority,interactive information,and train-ground communication protocols.The differences of RBC handover between the two train control systems are analyzed from the key links such as the processing strategies of train information,train protection,communication fault handling,the checking of first section after the boundary,and the management of train under backup supervision mode.This work serves as a valuable foundation for problem analysis and engineering design related to RBC handover scenarios in practical applications,and provides theoretical foundations and technical supports for railway line upgrades and cross-system interoperation in future.
