摘要
针对C3降级事件无法事前预防、各接口监测数据未形成有效闭环,导致故障节点定位不清的问题,研究开发一种RBC预警监测系统,用于发现潜在呼叫异常点,并提示报警。该系统实时监测RBC传送数据,导入其他接口类型的监测数据样本,并进行解码和归类;通过定义标准化呼叫模版,融合并提取样本中的多要素数据及关键信息点,进行数据比对与关联计算,判断关键信息点在时间顺序、逻辑关系、异常原因值等方面是否存在异常,并预告故障点位。该系统已在贵南高铁广西段应用,能够对RBC异常数据进行预警显示,及时提醒运维人员进行RBC设备的预防性维护,显著降低C3降级事件次数。
Aiming at the problem that the C3 degraded event cannot be prevented in advance and the monitoring data of each interface does not form an effective closed-loop,which leads to the unclear positioning of the fault node,a RBC early warning monitoring system is developed to find the potential points of abnormal call and prompt the alarming.The data was monitored by the system in real-time and the monitoring data samples of other interface types were imported,decoded and classified.By defining standardized call templates,the multi-factor data and key information points in the sample are merged and extracted,and the data comparison and correlation calculation are carried out to determine whether the key information points are abnormal in terms of time sequence,logical relationship and abnormal cause value,and to predict the fault location.The system has been applied in the Guangxi section of Guiyang-Nanning HSR,which can give early warning and display the abnormal data of RBC,remind the operation and maintenance personnel to carry out the preventive maintenance of RBC equipment in time,thus significantly reducing the number of C3 degraded events.
