摘要
在CTCS-2、CTCS-3等级线路的新建、改造项目中,出现了突破列控中心规模要求和控制能力的新需求,为避免控制性能超限引发系统性风险,提出在一个车站设置2套列控中心的解决方案。结合不同的工程需求,分别对场景特殊导致部分设备超出列控中心性能要求、单个车站配置不同制式轨道电路、站场规模大导致突破列控中心整体性能要求的3种特定场景进行分析,通过对轨道电路、地面电子单元等关键设备进行分割管辖,解决列控中心设备控制性能超限问题。该解决方案已在成宜高铁、集大原高铁引入工程应用,既兼容了列控技术标准,又适应大型车站的特殊需求,为类似工程的改造及实施,以及后续高铁枢纽工程复杂度增加、工程规模变大等问题的解决提供参考。
In the new construction and renovation projects of CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 level lines,a new demand has emerged to make breakthroughs in the scale and control capabilities of the train control center(TCC).To avoid systemic risks caused by control performance overrun,a solution is proposed to set up two TCCs at one station.Based on different engineering requirements,the paper analyzes three kinds of special scenarios:special scenarios causing part of equipment exceeding the TCC performance requirements,single station's configuration with track circuits(TCs)of different standards,and large station scales exceeding the TCC performance requirements.The solution of division management of key equipments such as TCs,lineside electronic units is proposed to solve the problem of control performance overrun of TCC equipment.This solution has been applied in Chengdu-Yibin high-speed railway and Jining-Datong-Yuanping high-speed railway.It is compatible with train control technology standards and adapts to the special needs of large stations,providing a reference for the renovation and implementation of similar projects,as well as the solution of increasing complexity and scale of future high-speed railway hub projects.
