CTCS-2级列控系统升级改造为CTCS-3级的工程实施方案及经验总结

摘要 随着高速铁路技术的不断发展,列控系统的升级成为提升运输效能的重要途径。从CTCS-2级列控系统升级改造为CTCS-3级,不仅涉及技术层面的升级,还需在不影响既有线路正常运营的条件下进行,施工难度极大。为解决升级改造过程涉及到新增列控地面设备接入与恢复、既有系统软件过渡、合理规划分步开通方案等问题,以贵广铁路提质改造工程为例,在分析工程难点和工程量的基础上,从软件换装、应答器安装、RBC接入方面对工程实施方案进行研究,并从标准建设、人员培训、关键环节管控、技术手段应用等角度对工程实施经验进行总结。提出应答器静默安装方案和报文核对助手等一系列施工方案和管理措施,可减少施工对既有线路运输生产的干扰,保障改造工作的安全性,可作为后续类似改造工程的参考案例。 With the continuous development of high-speed railway technology,the upgrading of train control systems has become an important way to improve transportation efficiency.Upgrading and reconstructing the train operation control system from CTCS-2 to CTCS-3 involves not only technical upgrading but also extremely difficult construction to be carried out without affecting the normal operation of existing lines.The challenges involved in upgrading and reconstructing,such as the access and recovery of new ground equipment for train control,the transition of existing system software,and the reasonable planning of step-by-step opening scheme,have to be tackled.Taking the Guiyang-Guangzhou high-speed railway upgrade project as an example and based on the analysis of engineering difficulties and engineering quantities,this paper studies the project implementation scheme from the aspects of software replacement,balise installation and RBC access,and summarizes the project implementation experience from the perspectives of standard construction,personnel training,key link control and technical means application.A series of construction schemes and management measures such as the silent installation scheme of balises and the technical means of telegram checking assistant is proposed,which can reduce the interference of construction to the transportation of existing lines and ensure the safety of reconstruction work.The summarized implementation scheme and experience can serve as reference cases for similar reconstruction projects in the future.
