煤矿巷道掘进机液压系统随机振动负载控制技术

摘要 煤矿巷道掘进机是矿业生产过程中的核心大型装置,其关键构成部分——液压系统无法避免随机振动负载的影响,致使液压系统作业稳定性很难保障,故提出煤矿巷道掘进机液压系统随机振动负载控制技术。基于光纤传感器、电流传感器、压阻式传感器获取液压系统随机振动信号相关数据,并提取其特征量,利用神经网络和D-S证据理论精准地确定液压系统随机振动信号,以获取到的随机振动信号结果为输入,通过自适应逆控制技术中的逆控制器实时调整控制输入,使实际输出控制参量与参考控制参量之间的误差最小化,进而得到更为准确的液压系统负载控制参量。利用所得的液压系统负载控制参量调整负载,实现煤矿巷道掘进机液压系统随机振动负载的有效控制。实验结果表明:所提技术能够将随机振动频率的范围控制在-0.1~0.3 Hz之间,可以保证液压系统作业的稳定性。 The coal mine tunnel boring machine is a core large-scale device in the mining production process,and its key component-the hydraulic system cannot avoid the influence of random vibration load,making it difficult to ensure the stability of the hydraulic system operation.Therefore,a random vibration load control technology for the hydraulic system of the coal mine tunnel boring machine is proposed.Based on fiber optic sensors,current sensors,and piezoresistive sensors,obtain relevant data on random vibration signals of hydraulic systems,extract their characteristic quantities,and accurately determine the random vibration signals of hydraulic systems using neural networks and D-S evidence theory;Taking the random vibration signal as input,the inverse controller in adaptive inverse control technology is used to adjust the control input in real time to minimize the error between the actual output control parameters and the reference control parameters,and then more accurate load control parameters of the hydraulic system are obtained.The load control parameters of the hydraulic system are used to adjust the load and realize the effective control of the random vibration load of the hydraulic system of coal mine tunnel boring machine.The experimental results show that the proposed technology can control the range of random vibration frequencies between-0.1~0.3 Hz,ensuring the stability of hydraulic system operation.
