摘要
目的:探究中医学专业本科生学业成就的影响机制,为高质量中医人才培养提供参考。方法:于2023年11月-12月,采用学业成就量表、学习兴趣量表、专业认同量表、学习策略量表,对全国8所中医药院校1065名中医学专业本科生进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计、Pearson相关分析、中介效应模型对数据进行分析。结果:中医学专业本科生学业成就、学习兴趣、专业认同、学习策略得分分别为(3.42±0.68)分、(3.82±0.90)分、(3.89±0.72)分、(3.41±0.73)分。学习兴趣、专业认同、学习策略、学业成就之间呈显著正向相关关系(P<0.01)。中介模型结果表明,学习兴趣对学业成就的直接效应显著,效应值为0.048;专业认同、学习策略在学习兴趣与学业成就间的独立中介效应及专业认同-学习策略的链式中介效应也显著,路径效应值分别为0.100、0.122、0.135。结论:中医学专业本科生的学习兴趣不仅可以直接影响学业成就,还通过专业认同、学习策略对学业成就产生间接影响。中医药院校应通过提升学生的学习兴趣和专业认同感,优化学习策略,促进学生的学业成就与全面发展。
Objective:To explore the influencing mechanisms of academic achievement in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)undergraduates,so as to provide a reference for cultivating high-quality TCM talent.Methods:From November to December 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,065 TCM undergraduates from eight TCM universities across China,using scales measuring academic achievement,learning interest,professional identity,and learning strategies.Descriptive statistics,Pearson correlation analysis,and mediation effect models were employed to analyze the data.Results:The scores for academic achievement,learning interest,professional identity,and learning strategies were(3.42±0.68),(3.82±0.90),(3.89±0.72),and(3.41±0.73),respectively.Significant positive correlations were found between learning interest,professional identity,learning strategies,and academic achievement(P<0.01).The mediation model results showed that learning interest had a significant direct effect on academic achievement,with an effect value of 0.048.Professional identity and learning strategies demonstrated independent mediating effects between learning interest and academic achievement,with path effect values of 0.100,0.122,and 0.135,respectively.Conclusion:Learning interest in TCM undergraduates not only directly influences academic achievement but also indirectly affects it through the independent mediating effects of professional identity and learning strategies.TCM universities should enhance students'learning interest and professional identity,optimize learning strategies,and promote overall academic achievement and development.
