摘要
文章以哈尔滨冰雪文化传播为研究对象,深入分析移动短视频在传播哈尔滨冰雪文化中的实际应用现状。通过对移动短视频传播冰雪文化的优势与局限性的比较分析,提出了针对性的传播策略,包括精致内容创作、加强技术创新、深化平台合作、培养高质量人才以及获取法律与政策支持。旨在通过移动短视频的高效传播,进一步树立黑龙江省冰雪品牌形象,推动冰雪产业的转型升级和持续发展。
This article focuses on the dissemination of ice and snow culture in Harbin,analyzing the current practical application of mobile short videos in promoting Harbin’s ice and snow culture.Through a comparative analysis of the advantages and limitations of mobile short videos in communicating ice and snow culture,targeted strategies are proposed,including refined content creation,enhanced technological innovation,deepened platform cooperation,cultivation of high quality talent,and the acquisition of legal and policy support.The aim is to further establish the brand image of ice and snow in Heilongjiang Province through the efficient dissemination of mobile short videos,promoting the transformation,upgrading,and sustainable development of the ice and snow industry.
