On the Integration and Innovation Paths of Local University Journals From the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

随着新质生产力的发展,地方高校学报面临着转型升级的迫切需求,在这一过程中,融合与创新是学报转型升级的核心和引领力量。文章基于新质生产力对学报发展的影响和学报现状的分析,提出了技术融合、内容融合、平台融合以及管理创新、服务创新、人才培养创新等融合创新路径,并探讨了保障融合创新路径有效实施的相关机制,旨在为地方高校学报在新质生产力影响下实现可持续发展提供理论支持和实践指导,助力我国学术期刊事业的繁荣。

With the development of new quality productive forces,local university journals are facing an urgent need for transformation and upgrading.In this process,integration and innovation are the core and guiding forces for the transformation and upgrading of these journals.Based on the analysis of the impact of new quality productive forces on journal development and the current state of journals,this article proposes integration and innovation paths including technological integration,content integration,platform integration,as well as management innovation,service innovation,and talent cultivation innovation.It also discusses the relevant mechanisms to ensure the effective implementation of these integration and innovation paths,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of local university journals under the influence of new quality productive forces,thereby contributing to the prosperity of academic journals in China.
