某牛场无乳链球菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验分析

摘要 研究旨在确诊某规模化牧场疑似无乳链球菌感染的病例,并为该场提供科学合理的无乳链球菌病综合防控方案。试验对采集自不同场区的6份奶样进行细菌分离培养,通过形态学观察、PCR鉴定及生理生化特性鉴定对分离株进行分离鉴定,并对分离株进行药敏试验。结果显示,试验成功分离出6株无乳链球菌,分离株对阿莫西林、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、万古霉素等抗生素高度敏感。研究表明,通过病原菌分离鉴定和药敏试验,确定该牧场奶牛临床型乳房炎的病原为无乳链球菌,根据药敏试验结果选择分离株表现敏感的3种以上抗生素进行交替治疗,并采取了一系列综合防控措施,取得了较好的防治效果。 The aim of this study was to confirm suspected cases of Streptococcus agalactiae infection in a large-scale farm,and to provide a scientific and reasonable comprehensive prevention and control program for the farm.In this experiment,six milk samples collected from different fields were isolated and cultured.The isolates were isolated and identified by morphological observation,PCR identification and physiological and biochemical characteristics identification,and drug sensitivity test was conducted.The results showed that six strains of Streptococcusagalactiaewere successfully isolated,and the isolates were highly sensitive to amoxicillin,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,vancomycin and other antibiotics.The study showed that Streptococcusagalactiae was identified as the cause of clinical mastitis in dairy cows through the isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity test.According to the results of drug sensitivity test,more than three kind of antibiotics sensitive to the isolates were selected for alternate treatment,and a series of comprehensive prevention and control measures were taken to achieve good prevention and control effects.
