1|INTRODUCTION China has a population of over 1.4 billion.Although the domestic expenditure made up only 8.8%of the general government expenditure in China(less than half of 19.7%in United Kingdom and 22.4%in the United States),and 22.3 medical doctors per 10,000 population in 2020,China's life expectancy at birth has been increased to 77.4 years,and neonatal mortality rate has been reduced to 3 per 1000 live births[1].After the founding of the People's Republic of China,a socialist healthcare system with Chinese characteristics was established and has made remarkable achievements.
