摘要
本文采用HJ 917—2017《固定污染源废气气态汞的测定活性炭吸附-热裂解原子吸收分光光度法》对固定污染源废气中气态汞的测定进行验证研究,验证主要内容包括:全程序空白试验、标准曲线试验、检出限和测定下限试验、精密度试验、准确度试验和实际样品测定。以上测定指标结果表明:全程空白的测定值均低于方法检出限;标准曲线的相关系数为0.9994;检出限为0.04μg/m^(3);测定下限为0.16μg/m^(3);精密度为0.13%~0.66%;准确度为-2.90%~1.02%;实际样品加标回收率为99%~113%;穿透率为12.7%~18.6%。以上性能指标验证结果均能满足方法标准中要求,本实验室具备采用活性炭吸附-热裂解原子吸收分光光度法测定固定污染源废气中气态汞的能力。
This paper presents a validation study on the determination of gaseous mercury in exhaust gas from stationary pollution sources using HJ 917-2017,Stationary source emission–Determination of total gaseous mercury–Carbon sorbent traps/thermal cracking atomic absorption spectrophotometric method.The validation primarily encompasses the following components:a whole-process blank test,a standard curve test,limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantitation(LOQ)tests,precision tests,accuracy tests,and actual sample measurements.The results of the aforementioned measurement indicators reveal that:the measured values of the whole-process blanks are all below the LOD of the method;the correlation coeffi cient of the standard curve is 0.9994;the LOD is 0.04μg/m^(3);the LOQ is 0.16μg/m^(3);the precision ranges from 0.13%to 0.66%;the accuracy lies within-2.90%to-1.02%;the spiked recovery rates for actual samples are between 99%and 113%;and the penetration rates are 12.7%to 18.6%.All the above-mentioned performance indicators satisfy the requirements stipulated in the method standard,indicating that the laboratory possesses the capability to determine gaseous mercury in exhaust gas from stationary pollution sources using the carbon sorbent traps/thermal cracking atomic absorption spectrophotometric method.
