疫苗是预防传染病的关键手段,其质量和效果对人们的生命安全和公共卫生至关重要。疫苗在生产、储存、运输和接种的整个过程中都需严格控制温度,以确保其有效性和安全性。随着科技的发展,疫苗种类不断增多,接种范围逐渐扩大。与此同时,疫苗生产和供应链也变得越来越复杂。在这种情况下,疫苗冷链管理面临诸多挑战,如信息不透明、温度控制不精确、运输损耗等。因此,建立一个完善的疫苗冷链物流体系至关重要。本文将对疾控机构、社区卫生服务中心进行药学调研和督导,旨在及时发现冷链管理中的盲区和潜在风险,研究和设计一套疫苗信息化冷链解决方案,利用现代信息技术提高管理水平,制定适用于疾控机构疫苗冷链物流的标准流程和规范,为冷链管理提供依据。

Vaccines are a key means to prevent infectious diseases,and their quality and effect are very important to people’s life safety and public health.The temperature should be strictly controlled throughout its production,storage,transportation and vaccination to ensure its efficacy and safety.With the development of science and technology,the types of vaccines are increasing,and the scope of vaccination is gradually expanding.At the same time,vaccine production and supply chains are becoming increasingly complex.In this case,the cold chain management of vaccines faces many challenges,such as opaque information,inaccurate temperature control,transportation loss and so on.Therefore,it is very important to establish a perfect vaccine cold chain logistics system.This article conducts the pharmaceutical research and supervision of disease control and prevention centers and community health service centers.It aims to discover the blind area and potential risks in cold chain management in a timely manner,research and design a set of vaccine informatization cold chain solutions,and use modern information technology to improve the management level,establish the standardized process and specification suitable for disease control and prevention vaccine cold chain logistics,and provide the basis for the cold chain management.
