Objective:To observe the effect of standard ultra-early microtraumatic intracranial hematoma removal in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Gaoming District People’s Hospital of Foshan City from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the study group, with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent craniotomy, while patients in the study group underwent standardized ultraearly microtraumatic intracranial hematoma removal. The treatment eff ect, prognosis,NIHSS score, hematoma volume, peripheral edema volume and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The total curative eff ect of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the improvement of prognosis and NIHSS score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the amount of hematoma and peripheral edema of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the score of life quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The selection of standardized ultra-early micro-traumatic intracranial hematoma removal for the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage has reliable effect, can reduce hematoma, strengthen nerve function, improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
