标准化护理方案对骨科手术部位感染患者的效果分析

Eff ect Analysis of Standardized Nursing Scheme on Patients with Orthopaedic Surgical Site Infection

目的:分析标准化护理方案在预防和控制骨科手术部位感染(SSI)中的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月时段于白银市第一人民医院接受骨科手术的500名患者进行回顾性分析。将患者随机分为两组,实验组(250名患者)接受标准化护理方案,对照组(250名患者)接受常规护理。标准化护理方案包括术前教育、术中无菌操作、术后感染监控和护理干预。通过对两组患者的人口统计学特征、手术类型、手术时间、住院时间、感染率等数据收集,来进行统计学比较分析。结果:实验组的手术部位感染率显著低于对照组(4.8%vs 12.4%,P<0.05)。实验组患者的平均住院时间也较对照组短(7.5天vs 10.2天,P<0.05)。此外,实验组的术后并发症发生率(包括深静脉血栓、肺栓塞等)也低于对照组(5.6%vs 15.2%,P<0.01)。结论:标准化护理方案在骨科手术部位感染的预防和控制中有效降低感染率,缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症的发生,在手术安全性及康复层面分析效果突出。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing protocols in the prevention and control of orthopaedic surgical site infection(SSI).Methods:500 patients who received orthopaedic surgery in Baiyin First People’s Hospital of Gansu Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected for retrospective analysis.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(250 patients)receiving standardized care and the control group(250 patients)receiving usual care.The standardized nursing plan includes preoperative education,intraoperative aseptic procedure,postoperative infection monitoring and nursing intervention.The demographic characteristics,operation type,operation time,hospital stay,infection rate and other data of the two groups were collected for statistical comparison and analysis.Results:The surgical site infection rate in the experimental group is lower than that in the control group(4.8%vs 12.4%,P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(7.5 days vs 10.2 days,P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of postoperative complications(including deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary embolism,etc.)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(5.6%vs 15.2%,P<0.01).Conclusion:The standardized nursing scheme can effectively reduce the infection rate,shorten the hospital stay and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in the prevention and control of orthopaedic surgical site infection,with prominent analysis eff ect in the level of surgical safety and rehabilitation.
