摘要
目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病行机械通气患者应用早期标准化康复锻炼,对其深静脉血栓及肌力恢复的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年1月期间南华大学附属第二医院收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病机械通气治疗患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例,对照组提供常规康复锻炼,研究组提供早期标准化康复锻炼,比较两组肌力恢复情况、深静脉血栓发生率和肺功能。结果:干预前,两组肌力相比差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,研究组肌力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组肺功能相比差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,研究组FVC、FEV1/FVC和MVV指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性接受机械通气患者给予早期标准化康复锻炼,可加快患者肌力、肺功能恢复速度,降低深静脉血栓发生风险。
Objective:To study the effect of early standardized rehabilitation exercise on deep vein thrombosis and muscle strength recovery in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease receiving mechanical ventilation.Methods:A total of 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated with mechanical ventilation in the Second Hospital of the University of South China from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was provided with routine rehabilitation exercise,while the study group was provided with early standardized rehabilitation exercise.The muscle strength recovery,the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in muscle strength between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After intervention,the muscle strength score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in lung function between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After intervention,FVC,FEV1/FVC and MVV indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early standardized rehabilitation exercise for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease receiving mechanical ventilation can accelerate the recovery of muscle strength and lung function,and reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis.
