标准化康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复的效果影响

Eff ect of Standardized Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Recovery of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨标准化康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施标准化康复护理,对比两组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组JOA评分较对照组高,ODI评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分及VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组残留腰痛及残留腿痛发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:标准化康复护理干预有助于腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能提升,减轻疼痛,改善焦虑等负面情绪,且能够提高患者生活质量,降低残留腰痛及残留腿痛等发生率。

Objective:To investigate the eff ect of standardized rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the First Affi liated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received standardized rehabilitation nursing.The intervention eff ect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,ODI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of residual low back pain and residual leg pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized rehabilitation nursing intervention can help improve the lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,reduce the degree of pain,improve anxiety and other negative emotions,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of residual low back pain and residual leg pain.
