摘要
目的:探讨标准化箱庭游戏模式在缓解学龄期儿童住院医疗恐惧和焦虑方面的效果。方法:在88名学龄期儿童中,做了一项随机对比测试,将他们划分为对照组和实验组,每组44名。对照组只接受常规治疗,实验组除接受常规治疗外,再辅助箱庭游戏,使用儿童医疗恐惧量表以及儿童焦虑量表,衡量两组儿童在治疗开始前和开始后的医疗恐惧与焦虑程度。结果:治疗后,实验组患儿的医疗恐惧和焦虑水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),表明箱庭游戏能有效减轻学龄期住院患儿的医疗恐惧和焦虑。结论:箱庭游戏作为一种心理干预措施,对减轻学龄期住院患儿的医疗恐惧和焦虑具有明显效果,对改善儿童的住院体验具有积极的促进作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized sandplay mode in relieving the fear and anxiety of school-age children in hospital treatment.Methods:A randomized comparison test was performed in 88 school-age children,who were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group only received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received conventional treatment,supplemented with sandplay.The children’s medical fear scale and the children’s anxiety scale were used to measure the degree of medical fear and anxiety before and after the treatment of the two groups of children.Results:After treatment,the levels of medical fear and anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the sandplay can effectively reduce the medical fear and anxiety of school-age hospitalized children.Conclusion:As a psychological intervention,sandplay has obvious effects on reducing the medical fear and anxiety of school-age hospitalized children,and have positive promoting effects on improving the hospitalization experience of children.
